Well, Shadeur sure seems to have “issues” beyond his fall in the draft to Cleveland. Apparently his right foot is “disproportionately heavy.” 
Ok, goes back to the question of maturity. What he is doing definitely indicates the speed limit is “just a suggestion.”
I just saw that too. I just mumbled to myself, “dude, wtf are you thinking? You should be the model rookie. Don’t do anything that draws the wrong attention.”
Some of the sports talking heads have been saying they believe he is going to be QB1 when the season starts.
It would be par for the course for the Browns to have an unstable QB1 with more issues than talent.

He’s grown up getting to play by different rules.
Well, a month ago he was supposed be going 25 and finally got caught at 147, so this isn’t much of surprise. 
He needs a limo to ride in the trunk. He’ll lock the doors in case he gets drunk.
