This is not just the local rocket club’s annual launch on the Salt Flats, but this year we are hosting the rest of the country for their national launch for only the second time in 40 years. On top of it all, the FAA has informed us that this will be the last year we will be allowed to use Bonneville as a launch site due to the increased air traffic coming into the expanded airport in Salt Lake. Spectators are free, so show up and see some big rockets fly!
