For the past few years, Utah has been a slow start team. In the past few years, there have been numerous times when we have gone down by 10-14 points in the first quarter, only to come back and tie or go ahead at half time. It happened in the first USC game this year.

Fans don’t seem to recognize this. Reading the doom and gloom comments here and on Twitter, it seems most fans don’t recognize this. The game is 60 minutes long. The graphic Fox shows earlier said Utah has the top point differential in the 2nd and 3rd quarters in the country.

I admit i do get that way. So sue me! :wink: it’s the way many fans who care a lot handle these games. (Of course you care a lot too. We just process our Utah fan PTSD differently.) But I assure you, a tiny flame of hope burned within me all along.
