Storybif Frank Williams and Judy of Sussex an English pointer in WWII Williams was in the RAF in the pacific. Judy was a mascot on two different HMS gunboats. Judy is credited with saving at least four sailors from drowning after the POW ship they were on was sunk by Thr British submarine Truculent , note the Japanese did not bother to mark ships transporting live POWs the bond bretween William and Judy was amazing. She was awarded numerous citations by the British government. She had rock star status
