I grew up with his father who was a stud for Utah Football and worked for his grandfather (who would give me his floor seats to basketball games when the Utes were good). Welcome to the Utes:
Did his Dad play the sax, or am I thinking of someone else?
He may have - you may recall that he got drafted and retired and then came back and retired again I think before playing any games, or very few.
His grandfather was the first ad agency for Harman’s Chicken, which became KFC - he rode on the Colonel’s coattails to great success (or helped him market KFC to great success). I worked right out of college for that ad agency, Alan Frank and Associates. Alan Frank was a good dude.
