I don’t think KU will be a let down. Getting 10 wins is a major achievement. Maybe a $5k House Settlement NIL bonus to the starters and key backups and a $1k bonus to the rest with a win. Same for the bowl game with a win

I hope it’s not a letdown game. There is still plenty to play for. If nothing else, the defense has some pride to play for in making up for last week’s debacle, the worst showing by a Utah defense since at least the 2003 UNM game.
Utah has only played at Kansas two times, the last being 1993. It was an odd game. Utah got off to a 21-0 lead and was up 31-3 at halftime. They won 41-16 in a dominant performance. This was at a time when winning on the road over ANY Big Eight team by four scores was eye-opening for the Utah program. Inexplicably, however, Utah then lost three in a row after tha victory, including an embarassing 28-17 loss at home to Idaho two weeks later. 1993 was a bizarre season.

Then at the end of the 93 season was one of the most important victories in our school’s history when we won our first game in Provo in over 2 decades which turned everything around.
