The Utes’ defense is playing at a remarkable level right now. It ranks in the top six nationally in total, scoring and rushing defense. The pass defense might rank 30th nationally, but it’s allowing only 191 yards per game and has given up just six touchdowns with nine interceptions. So can the offense keep pace with this defense? So far, it has done a pretty decent job, even if the Utes had to grind it out offensively against Arizona State over the weekend.
