Bubble teams are always disappointed. This year it would be 10-2 Oklahoma and 9-3 LSU & Arizona. I can live with that.
Agree, those bubble teams would like to be in, but they arenāt winning the championship. Like NBA, 98% of champs have been top 3 seeds, yet they keep expanding the playoff/in to 67% of the league. All $$$
If they want to eliminate the whining, they need to set objective criteria with tie breakers for the championship participants, like the NFL. They need to take power rankings out of the selection process. Power rankings support the concept of an uneven playing field. The problem is conferences will never accept that they all have equal status.
Could you imagine the uproar if professional teams were selected based on a subjective ranking system?
Agree. Although one of the bogus things about the NFL is that a 9-7 division leader gets a home game while an 11-5 wild card has to play at the 9-7 teamās venue.

I went down a weird pregame speech rabbit hole:
I love the halftime speech from Coach Bryant
For some reason Utah seems to only post Post Game. Does anyone know where Whittās Pregame speeches are? I want to see those.
Dillon Gabriel (Oklahoma QB) to Oregon
That makes sense. He will be better than Bo Nix in that system
Yikes! Of course, he now has to play OSU and Michigan in addition to Washington.
The three schools you listed have a very soft defensive secondary currently.
Well, they have a combined record right now of 37-1. Didnāt realize their secondaries are subpar.
They are. They also have a combined 3-6 in playoff history. Records lie. They are solid programs this season with suspect DBs. Thatās all I am saying.
Remember what they thought of him at ASU:

Props to Daniels on winning the Heisman, but Penix and Nix will be going higher in the draft.
I donāt know about that. Jayden is skyrocketing up the boards the past couple of weeks.

If he is still hanging his receivers on passes over the middle, he might find teams not being interested in getting their receiver corps killed.
Beating all of Burrows #s must have people looking:
Interesting, but itās all speculation until the draft.
Do have to admit Jayden did much more than I ever thought he would. Good for him.
Weird to think that he was -this- close to playing here.
did his mom charge the Heisman on her credit card?
