Interesting to see Cam Rising on the Edmonton Elks list. These lists only mean that teams have exclusive CFL negotiation rights to the players on the list should they become available to play in the CFL. I think it’s unlikely Rising will opt to play in the CFL when the salary is only around $350 - 400K but who knows. If he doesn’t make an NFL roster he may head north.
